REGISTRATION DESK HOURS

The registration desk will be located in the
Foyer and will be attended as per the hours below. Delegates should collect their name tag on arrival.

MONDAY: 2:00PM – 6:30PM
TUESDAY: 7:00AM - 7:15PM
WEDNESDAY: 8:30AM - 6:45PM
THURSDAY: 8:00AM - 1:30PM

REFRESHMENTS AND LUNCH

Morning, afternoon teas and lunches will be served in the Exhibition Hall (RiverView Rooms 4 & 5 Combined) & Northern Foyer.
If you have advised the Conference Secretariat of any special dietary requirements, please see the venue catering staff to receive your meal.

SPEAKER PREPARATION ROOM

The Speaker Preparation Room is located in MEETING ROOM 12.
There will be a technician in attendance to assist you in loading up your presentation. It is essential that you load your talk at least 2 hours prior to your session.

SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES

During ASM’s annual scientific meeting and conferences, many of our speakers will be presenting exciting novel research that is not yet published. While the society has an active social media presence, we respect the speakers’ right to request that their work not be shared across social media. The sharing of data without the speakers’ consent on publicly accessible platforms may prevent its subsequent publication in scientific journals and compromise their scientific progress.
