This is a tertiary referral laboratory for Queensland's 34 laboratories spread across the state, as well as several private and interstate pathology laboratories. We have a keen interest in viral hepatitis, particularly Hepatitis B, as well as a number of zoonotic infections such as Brucellosis and Q Fever.
