Shakeel Mowlaboccus
Murdoch University, WA, Australia
- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
Dr Mowlaboccus is an early-career researcher who specializes in the molecular epidemiology and genomic surveillance of drug-resistant bacterial pathogens using whole genome sequencing techniques. Since 2019, Dr Mowlaboccus has been performing genomic analyses for two of the three national AMR surveillance programs conducted by the Australian Group on Antimicrobial Resistance. Dr Mowlaboccus is the current International Young Ambassador representing Australia at the American Society for Microbiology and the current Chair of the ASM WA Branch.
