I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in the School of Science at RMIT University, previously completing my PhD in Biological Sciences at the University of Adelaide. During my PhD, I elucidated the unique mechanisms that bacteriophage transcription factors regulated transcription in bacteria using a range of structural biology techniques such as X-ray crystallography and small-angle X-ray scattering. I later went on to pioneer X-ray crystallography phasing techniques to allow more efficient protein structure determination.
